Prophet Gilberto Luis is a prophetic minister called to reveal the voice of God, activate destinies, and equip a generation to hear the Holy Spirit with clarity, discernment, and authority.
His ministerial journey was marked by a deep encounter with God after a decisive season in his life. After years of receiving prophetic warnings and going through moments of spiritual confrontation, Gilberto Luis had a transformative encounter with the Lord, which awakened in him a mission: to release the prophetic anointing upon this generation and train people to discern the voice of God with purity, precision, and power.
As the founder of Prophetic Call College, an International Prophetic School, he has dedicated himself to training leaders, ministers, intercessors, pastors, and people called to the supernatural to grow in hearing God’s voice, spiritual gifts, prophecy, discernment, dreams, visions, and spiritual authority.
